COVID-19 AND SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES/UPDATE

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through an unprecedented surge in orders . As you are aware, COVID19 restrictions have resulted in a phenomenal increase in orders being placed online, which we’re doing our best to process as quickly as possible. As you can imagine, the increase in orders means we’re receiving more enquiries than usual, along with greater stock volumes being dispatched
We will continue doing our utmost to deliver, however we would like to update you with new and more realistic times frames for the processing and delivery of orders to avoid disappointment during these challenging times.

 
Here's what we’re doing.
 
Our stock pickers and dispatch team are working overtime to ensure we continue to work as efficiently as possible, and minimise order processing times
All rugs are already packed and sealed in thick plastic. Our warehouse staff are working individually and with protective gloves and masks. We are regularly santising and cleaning all work areas to ensure a safe delivery process is followed.

 A Message from our courier servicePlease allow an additional 4-5 working days for your delivery due to the COVID19 restrictions and volume surge.  We ask that you do not raise an enquiry with our Customer Services teams until these 4-5 additional working days have lapsed.

Here's what we need from you.
 
Please allow for 2 business days from processing of your order to dispatch. please be patient and understanding. Our team is working really hard to ensure your orders are being processed as quickly as possible.
As delivery is contactless and no signature, please ensure you provide Phone number and an address where delivery can easily be completed and where you will most likely be home (or you can advise us to deliver on a later date if you do not wish to receive delivery immediately). 

Returns:

We understand that returning items during the Level Four Lockdown may be difficult for some customers. We have extended our return policy during this time. 

So you can return within 10 days  after lockdown finishes.
