- If your rug arrives and has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 days so we can rectify this for you.
- We offer a 7 day change of mind promise to our customers – if your rug has arrived and its not quite what you wanted you can return it to us within 7 days no questions asked. We will provide you with a refund or store credit so you can choose something else from our range.This will provide you with peace of mind buying online.
