Aladdin Rugs NZ COVID-19 UPDATE 10th November 2021-Level-3

Auckland level 3 update:

Our staff will be present in our Auckland showroom from 10-4pm Monday to Saturday  ( please call / email before you come ) during level 3. We will shipping orders as usual with free shipping nationwide.  Due to a high volume of orders and our delivery partners being very busy, our shipping timeframe is 5-10 working days. We appreciate your understanding and support!
 
  • As now for some rugs we might use Our AU warehouse and working with our International partner couriers - FedEx -UPS-DHL* ( same time frame delivery as we use NZ warehouse ) 
  • We will continue accepting orders for non-essential items and we will ship these items as soon as as possible .
  • There may be a little delay expected in the delivery procedure in the current epidemic scenario. The courier operations are beyond our limits and hope you will understand our position in this regard.  .

  • Returns:

    We understand that returning items during the Level Four Lockdown may be difficult for some customers. We have extended the time limit for returns during this time.
