  • How much will I have to pay for shipping

  • How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
On average, delivery takes 5-10 business days to all of New Zealand.
  • I have not received parts of my order.
Items on your order are shipped "as ready". You may receive some parts of your order sooner than others as a result. If tracking information has not been assigned to the items on your order within the average lead time displayed, please contact Customer Care for further assistance. 
  • What types of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online payment options such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and we now offer Afterpay and Lay-buy for convenient laybuy options. 
  • Is your website secure?

  • How do I place an order?
You may place your order 7 days a week, 24hrs a day. You may also call our expert customer service team at 09 579 6469 (10am- 5 PM) to place your order over the telephone and/or discuss any further inquiries you may have.
  • Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date you can add a note to your order at the checkout. You're welcome to also send a follow-up email to our customer services team.

  • How long has Aladdin Rugs NZ been in business?
We are a family business with many years of trading experience in floor covering rugs. So you can rest assured that with our connections overseas, and our direct buying/manufacturing ability, you'll receive top quality product at a fraction of its retail price.
    • Do you charge restocking fee?
    We do NOT charge restocking fee. We realize that it's already a hassle if your order doesn't work out for you, so we certainly don't want to make it any more frustrating for you by penalizing you with unnecessary restocking fees you'd see elsewhere authorization number.
      • When will my refund be processed? 
      We process all returns within 24hrs. However, we do ask you that you allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be returned to your account.
        • Where is your warehouse located?
         New Zealand /  Australia 

        • My rug is shedding, is this normal?
        Don't worry! It's normal for new rugs to shed yarn fibers.
        Depending on the weave type of your area rug and where it is being used, it may continue to shed over the span of its lifetime.
        Proper and regular vacuuming will help pick up rug fibers and keep the rug looking fresh and clean.
