1- Rugs must be unused, clean, and in new, perfect condition.
2- Designer and 300 x 400 cm rugs are not eligible for free return (return shipping costs must be paid by the customer)
3- Maximum of two rugs every 15 working days.
4- One rug per order/customer will be eligible for free return.
5- Free return is not available for any RD address (‘rural address’). (unless the customer provides a non-rural address for collection or drops the rug at our courier company's depot).
6- Free Return Rugs is NOT including any our rugs have been purchased from third-party website - it must be purchased directly from www.aladdinrugs.co.nz website.
7- Clearance rugs are not eligible for free return or refund.
8- Free Return / Refund Rugs is NOT including any orders placed during the Black Friday / Boxing Day sale. (17-11-2025 to 05-12-2026)
9- Underlays and custom-made rugs are not refundable or eligible for free shipping or free return.
10- Items purchased in store are not refundable, but we are happy to exchange them with for items of the same value or higher within 3 days.
11- Order more than one rug of the same product code with same Product Code NOT eligible for Free Return. (Only one rug will be eligible).
12- No free return on extra 10%, 15%, or 20% off rugs, but still eligible for a full refund within 7 days.
