Living Rooms

For smaller living spaces, consider a rug that sits beneath the coffee table. For larger rooms, many customers prefer placing the front legs of sofas and chairs on the rug to create a more connected layout.

SUPA GRIP is a reversible rug pad that may be used over Carpted floors. It provides a firm base to your rug and keeps it from slipping. Great for high traffic areas and under heavy furniture. SUPA GRIP Can be cut with scissors to any size or shape.SUPA GRIP Can be cut with scissors to any size or shape for unlimited uses around the home, car or boat.
Simply unfold the pad and peel off protective film. Both sides of SUPA GRIP are identical. Lay out pad in desired area and open your rug or mat on top.

Our rug pads are intentionally manufactured slightly smaller than the rug they are designed for. This ensures the pad remains completely hidden beneath the rug, prevents the edges from being visible, and helps reduce the risk of tripping.

Proper care and maintenance are crucial in preserving their beauty and extending their lifespan. Here are some essential rug care tips to keep your rugs looking fresh and vibrant for years to come.

Cleaning Advice
To protect the quality of your rug, we strongly recommend using a professional-grade cleaner such as Prefesol or seeking guidance from a rug-care specialist before attempting any cleaning yourself.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or changes to your rug caused by cleaning products or methods chosen by the customer.

Vacuuming

  • Canister vacuums without beater bars are the optimal type of vacuum to use on rugs.
  • Brooms and manual sweepers are also a gentle and effective way to clean rugs.
  • If you must use an upright vacuum, use the handheld attachment whenever possible.
  • Refrain from running the vacuum over the edges of the rug. Instead, use the handheld attachment or carefully place the vacuum on the rug.
  • If a rug is reversible, remember to vacuum both sides.
  • For hand-woven rugs, use extra caution when vacuuming, as the suction can pull the weave. Alternatively, you can take the rug outside and gently shake it out.

Sunlight Protection
While natural light can enhance the colors of your rug, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading and degradation of fibers. Use curtains or blinds to block the sun during peak hours, or consider placing your rug in an area with more indirect light.

By taking these simple steps, you can protect your rugs from UV damage, ensuring they remain vibrant and beautiful for many years.

Rotate
It is highly recommended to rotate your rug 180 degrees every 3–6 months to balance appearance, minimize fading, distribute wear evenly, and protect it from direct sunlight.
